During the second quarter of 2022, the top 5 navigation and maps applications in Portugal displayed diverse trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides a comprehensive look at the performance of these apps across a unified platform.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a stable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 12.4K in mid-April and maintaining roughly 11K towards the end of June. Weekly active users also demonstrated a consistent rise, starting from 450K at the end of March and reaching 536K by the end of June.

Google Maps Go experienced a fluctuating download trend, with the highest point being mid-April at 14K and a dip to around 7.3K by late May. Active users grew steadily, starting from 1.3M in late March and peaking at 1.4M in early June.
